Biography

Dr. Lamyaa Kadhim Ouda is a Lecturer (Ph.D.) in the Department of Pathological Analysis, College of Sciences at Thi-Qar University. Her academic and research activities focus on pathological analysis, clinical pathology, hematology, and disease biomarker evaluation. She has contributed to research addressing hematological disorders, including sickle cell anemia, as well as studies related to bone metabolism, bone biomarkers, and physiological sciences.

Her research also encompasses cancer biology, particularly breast cancer, alongside toxicological investigations involving cadmium toxicity and experimental animal models. Dr. Ouda has explored the therapeutic potential of camel milk in experimental research and has a strong interest in identifying diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for various pathological conditions. Her multidisciplinary research integrates laboratory-based investigations with biomedical and clinical applications, contributing to advances in disease diagnosis, toxicology, and translational medical research. She is actively engaged in scientific research and academic teaching, with an emphasis on evidence-based laboratory sciences and interdisciplinary collaboration.
