Asst. Prof. Alev Yıldız Ilıman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Sciences, Nursing Department at Amasya University, Turkey. She is actively involved in nursing education, research, and academic development, with a particular focus on enhancing evidence-based clinical practice and improving patient care outcomes.

Her research interests include clinical teaching, oral care, enteral nutrition, home care, and intensive care nursing.
